Capabilities
Can Inter Rubber manufacture custom rubber components?
Yes. All parts are fully custom-made according to customer drawings, samples, specifications, and required quantities. We support both new product development and replacement parts.
Can Inter Rubber produce rubber components bonded to steel, aluminum, or stainless steel?
Yes. We specialize in rubber-to-metal bonding, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals based on customer requirements.
Can Inter Rubber mold rubber onto Teflon (PTFE) or perform insert molding?
Yes. We can mold rubber onto PTFE (Teflon) or other inserts depending on part geometry, bonding surface area, and appropriate surface treatment.
Can Inter Rubber produce flame-retardant rubber?
Yes. We can formulate and test flame-retardant rubber compounds to meet standards such as UL94 and FMVSS 302, or other specifications required by customers.
Can Inter Rubber produce filters with rubber molded onto brass mesh?
Yes. We can produce rubber-over-mesh components, provided the mesh size, thickness, and structure are suitable for molding. Our engineering team can help evaluate and optimize the design.
Materials
What rubber materials does Inter Rubber support?
We work with EPDM, NBR, NR, SBR, CR, Silicone, FKM, NV, and custom-developed compounds tailored to performance requirements.
Can Inter Rubber develop new rubber compounds or provide cost-optimized alternatives?
Yes. We can redesign and reformulate compounds to meet required specifications while optimizing cost and performance.
Does Inter Rubber manufacture rubber sponge?
We do not produce sponge rubber in-house, but we can source certified sponge materials and integrate them into rubber or metal assemblies.
Can Inter Rubber produce TPO, PVC, or POM-C components?
We do not mold TPO, PVC, or POM-C internally, but we can recommend rubber alternatives with similar performance or source these components for assembly.
Can Inter Rubber manufacture rubber extrusion profiles?
We do not extrude rubber in-house, but we can source extrusion profiles from qualified partners and perform cutting, assembly, and secondary operations.
Processes
Does Inter Rubber design and manufacture molds in-house?
Yes. Our in-house tooling team designs, manufactures, and maintains molds to ensure consistent quality, shorter lead times, and long-term tool reliability.
What quality control systems does Inter Rubber use?
We use controlled mixing, mechanical property testing, precise dimensional checks, and vision-inspection systems to ensure accurate, consistent, and traceable rubber components.
Does Inter Rubber provide assembly or hybrid bonding?
Yes. We support rubber-to-metal assembly, rubber-to-plastic bonding, multi-component assemblies, and hybrid bonding based on customer specifications.
Production & Logistics
What is Inter Rubber’s typical lead time?
- Prototype: 2–4 weeks
- Mass production: Depending on part complexity, materials, and order volume
Does Inter Rubber support small-batch or pilot production?
Yes. We can produce pilot runs and small production batches for validation before mass production.
Does Inter Rubber export globally?
Yes. We export to various countries and can manage full export documentation, packaging, and logistics according to customer requirements.
