Founded in 1976, Inter Rubber began as a small Thai manufacturer with a clear mission: to deliver quality rubber parts with precision and reliability. Today, we are a fully integrated global hub — where technical expertise meets forward-thinking innovation.
Our one-roof operation spans material formulation, mold design, precision molding, and certified testing — giving us complete control over cost, consistency, and lead time. Today, we support over 200 clients across industries and continents, delivering more than 145 million parts annually and counting.

Milestones of Progress
1953 – 1974
Starting out as a small tooling workshop, early work focused on metal mold making and O-ring production before gradually developing into rubber molding capabilities.
1976
Operations were formally established under Inter Rubber, laying the foundation for fully integrated rubber parts manufacturing.
1976 – 1986
In-house capabilities were developed across tooling, rubber mixing, molding, and testing to support the rapid growth of Japanese automotive production in Thailand, while expanding into other industrial applications.
1988 – 1990
Injection molding technology was introduced from Japan to support increasing volumes across industrial applications, with Inter Rubber being among the first Thai manufacturers to adopt this process.
1991 – 2000
Compound development and quality control were strengthened with injection molding capacity progressively scaled across production lines.
2001 – 2010
Quality was managed under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environmental management systems with production data systems introduced to support more complex manufacturing requirements.
2011 – 2018
The Inter Mixx rubber mixing facility was expanded, increasing mixing capacity and introducing a semi-automated chemical weighing system to support both in-house production and industrial supply. Large-scale compression machines (3 × 3 meters) were also installed to meet international demand.
2019 – Present
OEE and production data systems were implemented with automation deployed across multiple processes including automated adhesive coating lines, AGV systems, robot and cobot integration, and automated visual inspection.
Laboratory capabilities were further developed with additional testing equipments and continuous calibration programs, achieving ISO/IEC 17025 certification.
ERP was introduced to strengthen production cost control, alongside the implementation of Digital Process Automation (DPA) and the adoption of alternative energy, with NSF and AS9100 certifications in place.
