An OEM manufacturer initiated a localization strategy to shift rubber component production from Japan to Thailand to improve cost  competitiveness and supply chain efficiency while maintaining Japanese OEM standards.

Inter Rubber supported the development of rubber components integrated with aluminum piping systems for engine applications,  including prototype production to validate Thailand manufacturing capability.
